Robert A. Gallagher – President – Procon & Associates
Bob has over 20 years of construction experience and has been active in the investigation and renovation of hundreds of building envelope systems. Procon is often retained by forensic Architects, Engineers and Moisture migration consultants to assist with building evaluation services and the development of repair specifications. Bob Managed Procon from 1989 to 1996 when he purchased the company. Under Bob's direction the company has expanded its construction services from working regionally to working with select clients on a national basis not only repairing and maintaining building envelope systems but also providing construction management services for Interior renovations, Mechanical upgrades, roof replacements, curtain wall instillations, indoor air quality projects as well as procurement for other types of construction related services.

Tom Amore – Vice President – Procon & Associates
Tom has been working in the rehab construction industry since 1980. He has been involved in virtually every aspect of the remedial construction process including the *discover phase, (Trouble shooting to identify building problems or construction defects), * design (assisting engineers and architects with repairs design & details), *estimating (budgeting, contract negotiations and qualifying of contractors and bids received), and *supervision (project management, scheduling, job costing from conception to completion of the project).

Randall G. Mitchem – Field Operations Manager – Procon & Associates
With over 14 years of experience in hands on project supervision and a strong background in building restoration and waterproofing projects, Randy is responsible for the field operational aspects safety and quality control functions for all construction and maintenance projects. Randy works directly with each project superintendent and coordinates with visits by the design team and owners.

Dave Sowell – Lead Project Manager – Procon & Associates
Dave also has the credentials that include some 14 years of hands-on project supervision. He has practiced in projects such as waterproofing and building restoration. His responsibility for the field operational capacity's safety and quality control areas requires his direct influence and close communication with the superintendents of each project he maintains.

Charles G. Smith – President – Rhino Demolition & Environmental Services Corp.
Chuck has over 15 years of experience in the environmental industry. He has been active in the investigation and remediation of building exposures related to toxigenic mold, asbestos, lead and heavy metals, respirable dust and volatile organic compounds. His experience in the Armed Forces and private industry has taken him from hands on fieldwork to providing expert solutions to indoor air quality and hazardous environmental concerns. Chucks commitment to this industry and safety is reflected in his adherence to all OSHA and EPA rules and regulations. Rhino has just received there Texas State Mold Assessment Consultant License which allows them to work on Mold related projects in the state of Texas, which is now regulated.
Services include: Select Demolition, Mold Remediation, Asbestos Abatement, Lead Abatement, Craw Space Remediation, Disaster Recovery Services and Commercial and Residential Drying.

Robert VanBlaricum – President – Interior Construction Services Inc.
Rob has over 20 years experience in construction, renovations and operations specializing in the hospitality industry. From 1984 to 1990 he was a regional engineer with residence in hotels covering 10 states in the southwest, overseeing the chief engineers and renovations at the hotels in this area of the country. From 1990 to 1999 he was a project manager for Summerfield Suites hotels based out of Wichita, KS. Over this 10 year period Rob was responsible for the direct oversight and construction of many of the properties of this national brand until it was purchased by Wyndham International, a Dallas, Texas based national hotel owner and operator. Rob immediately joined the Wyndham corporate team in 2000 as the Regional Director of Capitol Projects in the Design and Construction Department overseeing the capital renovation projects at a number of the over 300 hotels that Wyndham owned and operated at that time.
Services included: Project management, construction management and general contracting services specializing in working directly with owners to take there interior renovation projects from conception to the final FF& E installation.
