PROCON & Associates, Inc. holds unlimited contractor licenses and specializes in the exterior restoration of all types of building envelopes. Our company focuses and directs all of our resources toward understanding and correcting building related problems and deficiencies. We put major emphasis on moisture intrusion causes and effect, in order to develop long term water management solutions in every project.
Our company is often retained by forensic architects, engineers and moisture migration consultants in order to assist with building evaluation services and the development of repair specifications. PROCON’s expertise and ongoing success in this “repair industry” capitalizes on both new and proven technologies that offer cost effective solutions through an integrated team approach to project management.

Meet the Team
Robert A. Gallagher – President
With over 30 years of construction experience Bob has been active in the renovation of literally hundreds of buildings. He was the General Manager of Procon from 1989 until 1996 when he purchased the company. Since that time he has expanded its construction services from working regionally to working with clients nationally. Because of his vast experience in the industry he is often retained by architects, engineers, and moisture migration consultants to assist in building evaluations and repair designs.
Randall Mitchem – Senior Project Manager
Randy has been working in the rehab construction industry since 1988. His hands on experience in project supervision, and back ground of building restoration and waterproofing projects has given him a strong knowledge of construction issues and the materials with which to repair them with. Randy is responsible for the field operational aspects safety and quality control functions for all construction and maintenance projects. Randy also works directly with each project superintendent and coordinates with visits by the design team and owners.
